Who We Are?
We Creates a converted cow barn, rustic on the outside, and perfect on the inside, was the bakery. The breads were all local grain and it was incredible the variety. The plaits and the cobs, the buns and the cakes, the soda breads and the flat breads were there.
What We Do?
In the village bakery, the golden wheat of the fields flourished like a golden crust, sending out its fragrance, a vow to be so heavenly in all good nurturing ways. On a Saturday, early in the day as the sun was rising, we would ride our bikes there and spend the rest on the river with a bounty of baked goods and the fruits of the season.
